YA 7063磨齿机工作台的渐开线展成运动是通过曲柄盘(图1)调整运动来实现的。曲柄盘滑块位置确定(称曲柄值),根据待磨齿坯分度圆大小,与工作台蜗轮分度圆直径之间关系来确定,即RI=O时,待磨齿坯分度圆直径与蜗轮分度圆直径恰好相等,否则就要有一个附加运动。曲柄值的计算较繁琐、复杂,易出差错影响磨齿质量。为此,我们摸索出一种简便的计算方法,效果很好。图2为传动原理图。曲柄值计算的基本公式:
