患者男,42岁,因畏寒、发热40天于1991年12月24日入院。入院前40天始出现发热,热型不规则,以午后为甚。体温最高达40℃,伴畏寒、乏力、纳差。院外用过青霉素、氨苄青霉素、庆大霉素、灭滴灵等无效,以“发热待查”收入院。发病前后无疖肿及皮肤化脓感染史。体查:T39.5℃,R20次,P100次,BP12/9kPa,神清,急性重病容,皮肤巩膜无黄染、皮疹及出血点,双颌下淋巴结稍肿大,轻压痛,咽无充
