在近两年尝试蒙氏教育的过程中,我深深体会到:教师是集环境的预备者、创设者,活动过程的观察者、指导者,活动进展的支持者三种角色于一体的综合体。教师是活动环境的预备者、创设者蒙台梭利强调教师应为幼儿预备一个符合其发展需要的真实环境,提供幼儿身心发展所需要的活动与练习的机会,创造像家一样充满爱、快乐和便利的生活氛围。只有给幼儿准备一个适宜的环境,才能引起和保持幼儿的活动兴趣。
