罗田县位于湖北东北大别山南麓,水能资源十分丰富。尤其是大别山主峰天堂寨脚下的天堂河,水量充足,河流落差大,发展小水电具有得天独厚的条件。罗田人民以开发天堂河水系为重点,成为全省小水电发电量最多的县份之一。我们到了罗田县,在县水电局副局长童芳烈的带领下,从县城驱车出发,驶过百多里盘山路,蛇行到了心目中盼望已久的天堂山水库。下车后,我们乘管理处的小船,进入库区游览。小船在上亿立方的水的世界里徐徐前进。经过一天的旅程,虽然有些倦意,但却忘记了
