The “joint and several liability” in economic disputes is a new concept. In the past, due to the introduction of a product economy, the concept of “debt” in the economic field was very indifferent and the “joint and several liability” was even more difficult to talk about. With the development of the legal relationship of the market economy in our country, “joint and several liability” is bound to appear in many economic and legal relations. At present, our country has some legal provisions on “joint and several liability”, however, some problems still come up in practice. In this paper, we will do some exploration even with the responsibility and its correct application
