在社会主义市场经济条件下,怎样做好职工思想政治工作,这是摆在广大企业政工干部面前的重要课题。1993年5月,在经过一番调查研究之后,我针对铁路企业的实际,提出了加强和改进思想政治工作要树立“适应、结合、效益”的观点,得到局、分局党委班子的认同。两年来,按照这一思路,我们紧紧围绕运输生产这个中心,着眼于适应,着力于结合,着手于抓效益,把全局思想政治工作提高到一个新水平。
