观察了葛根素对兔脑循环及脑代谢的影响。结果表明 ,葛根素可以明显增加兔脑血流量 ,并显著提高兔脑耗氧量和葡萄糖摄取量 ,且呈剂量依赖性。提示葛根素具有改善脑循环和脑代谢的双重作用
The effects of puerarin on cerebral circulation and brain metabolism in rabbits were observed. The results showed that puerarin significantly increased cerebral blood flow in rabbits and significantly increased brain oxygen consumption and glucose uptake in a dose-dependent manner. Tips Puerarin has a dual role in improving cerebral circulation and brain metabolism
