就我国竖罐炼锌高温冷凝工业试验的结果看,普遍存在倾斜部、冷凝室结块增多,扫除次数增加,以至劳动强度加大而不为工人所欢迎的现象。采取更好的保温措施和强化骤冷装置,可望获得该项技术的进展,但在冷凝过程中的氧化现象仍会不可避免地发生。如何计算冷凝过程中氧化进行的程度,正是大家所关心的事情。
In our country, the results of industrial experiments on the high temperature condensation of vertical tank zinc smelting show that there are ubiquitous phenomena of incline, condensation in the agglomeration, increase of sweeping times and even labor intensity. Adopting better insulation measures and strengthening the quenching device are expected to progress the technology, but the oxidation phenomenon in the condensation process will inevitably occur. How to calculate the extent of oxidation in the condensation process is exactly what everyone cares about.
