Humans are gregarious animals, and for humankind, isolation is a punishment. If a group had to be isolated from the world, what exactly would it look like? Can people survive? Will you keep the civilization? Will it become brutal and start killing each other? Still slowly extinct? This article describes isolated examples of two groups: living in Tasmania, Australia and Flinders Island
