老年糖尿病与骨质疏松症关系的临床研究

目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病(DM)与骨质疏松 (OP)发生的相关性。方法观察Ⅱ型 DM患者自然因素、生化指标及同位素肾功能等与骨密度 (BMD)及骨代谢生化指标的相关关系。结果体重指数与 BMD呈正相关,血糖、肾功与钙磷水平相关。结论与正常人一样,低体重是糖尿病人发生骨质疏松的危险因素。血糖、肾功能影响钙、磷代谢,是造成骨质疏松的重要因素。 Objective To investigate the relationship between type 2 diabetes (DM) and osteoporosis (OP). Methods The relationship between natural factors, biochemical indexes, isotope renal function, bone mineral density (BMD) and biochemical markers of bone metabolism in patients with type II DM was observed. Results The body mass index was positively correlated with BMD. Blood glucose and kidney function were correlated with calcium and phosphorus levels. Conclusions As with normal subjects, low body weight is a risk factor for developing osteoporosis in diabetic patients. Blood glucose, renal function affect calcium and phosphorus metabolism, is an important factor in causing osteoporosis.
