超低频交、直流比较仪的研究

本文提出了一种基于双加热丝热电转换器的超低频交、直流比较仪,以实现直流电压标准向超低频段的传递。比对测试结果表明:在0.01~20Hz 频率范围内,超低频交、直流比较仪与采样计算式超低频电压表的最大比对偏差为0.012%。 In this paper, an ultra-low frequency AC / DC comparator based on a dual-heater wire thermoelectric converter is proposed to realize the transmission of DC voltage standard to the ultra-low frequency band. Comparison test results show that: in the frequency range of 0.01 ~ 20Hz, ultra-low frequency AC and DC comparator and sampling formula ultra-low frequency voltmeter maximum alignment deviation of 0.012%.
