一、前言日本通商产业省工业技术院从1977年开始进行的大型研制项目“超高性能的激光应用复合生产系统”已于1984年5月在筑波研究学园城的机械研究所内完成了它的成套试验设备。通过该系统的开发,可以看到日本也在进行大功率激光的研究开发工作,并取得了显著的进展。与此同时,激光技术在金属加工方面的广泛应用也终于开始进入工厂规模的正式使用阶段。本文是介绍SUJ2高碳铬轴承钢和AISI4150中碳钢滚珠轴承外圈滚道面的激光淬火试验及其显微组织、硬度等性能的研究以及滚动疲劳寿命试验结果。目的在于研究激光淬火对提高滚动疲劳寿命的效果。
I. Introduction Japan’s Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MIIT) Industrial Technology Institute has started its large-scale development project “Ultra-high-performance Laser Application Compound Production System” since 1977. It completed its work at the Institute of Machinery of Tsukuba Research Gakuen City in May 1984 Complete sets of test equipment. At the same time, the widespread use of laser technology in metal processing has finally begun to enter the formal use of the factory scale. The purpose is to study the effect of laser quenching to improve rolling fatigue life.
