传统的教学评价往往更加重视选拔与甄别,新课标英语理念更加注重学生全面运用英语的能力,传统的教学观念已经无法适应时代的发展,传统的学生评价也不再适用于如今的学生。作为新时代的教师,我们应该改变传统的教学观念,改革评价机制,使教学评价更符合学生发展需要,促进学生发展成才。本文立足初中英语教学实际,从多方面探讨初中英语学生评价存在的问题,并提出了一系列对策。
Traditional teaching evaluation tends to pay more attention to selection and screening. The new curriculum standard English attaches more importance to students’ ability to use English in an all-round way. The traditional teaching concept can not adapt to the development of the times. The traditional student evaluation is no longer applicable to today’s students. As teachers in the new era, we should change the traditional teaching concepts, reform the evaluation mechanism, make the teaching evaluation more in line with the needs of students ’development, and promote the students’ development and success. Based on the teaching practice of junior high school English, this article discusses the problems existing in junior middle school English student evaluation from many aspects and puts forward a series of countermeasures.
