本文通过磨粒磨损实验和磨损表面形貌分析,对65Mn钢表面硼共晶层的低应力磨粒磨损特性以及磨粒磨损机理进行了研究。研究表明,硼共晶组织经淬火后,具有优良的抗磨粒磨损性能。其主要磨损机制,是磨粒对马氏体的犁沟作用和显微切削作用,以及Fe_2B(Fe_3(C·B))的脆断剥落。二者互相制约又相互促进,不断进行,造成硼共晶层的磨损失效。同时研究了硼共晶层的应用。通过对犁铧的田间试验表明,其耐磨粒磨损性能显著,取得了良好的效果。
In this paper, we study the wear behavior of low stress abrasive wear and wear mechanism of boron eutectic layer on 65Mn steel by abrasive wear test and wear surface morphology analysis. Studies have shown that boron eutectic microstructure has excellent wear resistance after quenching. The main wear mechanism is the furrow effect on the furrow and the micro-cutting of martensite and the brittle fracture of Fe_2B (Fe_3 (C · B)). The two restrict each other and promote each other, continue, resulting in eutectic boron wear and tear failure. At the same time, the application of boron eutectic layer has been studied. Plowshare field experiments showed that the wear-resistant particles wear significantly, and achieved good results.
