2008年金融海啸来势迅猛,迅速演变成为一场世界性经济危机。俄罗斯作为“金砖四国”成员亦不能幸免,而且在这个梯队中危机程度最为严重。俄罗斯经济危机源自结构性缺陷,经济危机不仅带来直接冲击、产生间接影响,还对其发展战略和发展模式提出严峻挑战。要走出危机亦面临艰巨任务,既要仰仗世界经济复苏的带动,更要调整过度依赖出口的经济结构。
The rapid financial crisis in 2008 quickly evolved into a worldwide economic crisis. Russia can not be spared as a member of the BRIC countries and the crisis is the most serious in this echelon. The economic crisis in Russia stems from structural flaws. The economic crisis not only has a direct impact and has an indirect impact, but also poses a severe challenge to its development strategy and development model.
