现代学徒制作为中国职业院校改革浪潮中的重要举措而受到广泛重视,但实践发展至今出现了诸如核心内涵不突出、配套制度不完善、保障条件不充分等问题。本文介绍了现代学徒制改革现状,从校企合作人才培养模式、教育教学管理制度、内外部保障体系三大层面上,以贵州工业职业技术学院经济管理分院工商企业管理专业(连锁经营管理方向)现代学徒制试点为例,浅析在机制、资源、专业建设和团队建设上实践改革的突破方向。
Modern apprenticeship is widely regarded as an important measure in the tide of reform in Chinese vocational colleges. However, there are still some problems such as the core connotation is not outstanding, the supporting system is imperfect and the conditions of guarantee are not enough. This article introduces the status quo of modern apprenticeship reform, from the three levels of school-enterprise cooperative personnel training mode, education and teaching management system, internal and external security system, with the professional management of industrial and commercial enterprises (chain management) of Guizhou Industrial College of Technology, Modern Apprenticeship pilot as an example, analysis of the mechanism, resources, professional construction and team building breakthroughs in the practice of reform.
