大跨度组合钢梁楼盖加固技术研究

针对某工程大跨度钢梁因漏算屋面荷载导致其承载力不足、挠度过大,对其进行了重新计算、加固。根据现场检测及初步计算结果,提出卸载加固、预应力加固及组合梁加固三种方法。综合考虑加固工程的可行性、工期、经济性等因素,最终选取组合梁加固的方法,并根据计算结果对组合梁、钢梁节点进行了加固设计,提出了具体的施工步骤。 For a project of long-span steel beams due to leakage of roof load lead to its lack of bearing capacity, deflection is too large, its recalculation, reinforcement. According to the field test and preliminary calculation results, three methods of unloading reinforcement, prestressing reinforcement and composite beam reinforcement are proposed. Considering the feasibility, duration and economy of the reinforcement project, the method of strengthening the composite beam is finally selected. Based on the calculated results, the reinforcement design of the composite beam and the steel beam node is carried out, and the concrete construction steps are put forward.
