有句话说:每个创业项目的创始人都要是产品经理,其实到现在我都觉得自己不是一个真正的产品经理,但我们不能放弃自己向产品经理走的这个道路。这里拿我的经历来给大家做一个分享。图1展示了我产品的三个不同阶段,也可以把它叫做不同的三个产品:第一个叫Memo CN,最初的想法源于和复旦大学当代社会生活资料中心的一次合作,这个中心收集了很多记录当代中国社会生活变迁的东西,比如,从50年代一直到现在的情书、书信、日记等。中心主任张乐天教授跟我谈,中国的社会变迁太大了,怎么搜集?然后怎么展现?
In other words, the founder of every startup project should be a product manager. Actually, I do not think I am a real product manager now, but we can not give up the path we take to the product manager. Here to take my experience to make a share for everyone. Figure 1 shows three different stages of my product, which can also be called three different products: the first one is Memo CN, originally conceived as a collaboration with Fudan University’s Contemporary Social Living Resource Center, which collects A lot of things that record the changes of social life in contemporary China, such as love letters, letters and diaries from the 1950s to the present.
