目的通过对福建省首例人感染H7N9禽流感病例的调查分析,为类似疫情调查处理提供借鉴。方法采用现场流行病学调查,分析病例发病情况及感染来源,采集患者、密切接触者咽拭子、血清标本检测。结果患者2013年4月18出现咳嗽症状,19至23日分别就诊4家诊所、医院,23日进行网络直报,26日确诊。患者双份咽拭子标本检测结果H7N9禽流感病毒特异性核酸阳性,37名密切接触者咽拭子标本H7N9禽流感病毒特异性核酸均为阴性。患者急性期H7N9抗体滴度为1∶20,恢复期升至1∶320,25份密切接触者均阴性。结论该病例确诊为福建省首例人感染H7N9禽流感病例,感染来源可能是禽流感病毒从活禽直接传给人,未发生人传人的现象。
Objective To investigate and analyze the cases of H7N9 bird flu in Fujian Province and provide reference for the investigation and treatment of similar epidemic situation. Methods Epidemiological survey was conducted to analyze the incidence of cases and sources of infection, and to collect throat swabs and serum samples from patients and close contacts. Results The patient developed cough symptoms on April 18, 2013, and four clinics and hospitals on the 19th and 23rd were reported online on the 23rd and confirmed on the 26th. Patients with double throat swab specimens test results H7N9 avian influenza virus-specific nucleic acid, 37 close contacts throat swab specimens H7N9 bird flu virus-specific nucleic acid were negative. Patients with acute H7N9 antibody titers 1:20, recovery rose to 1: 320, 25 were close contacts were negative. Conclusions This case was diagnosed as the first case of H7N9 bird flu in Fujian Province. The source of infection may be the transmission of avian influenza virus from live poultry directly to humans without any human-to-human transmission.
