创新是时代的需要,创新人才是社会发展所必需的,社会对于人才的要求越来越高,不只是技术型,更重要的是创新型。在中学物理教育中,教师要实施创新教育,为社会培养具有创新精神的人才储备。同时,创新教育的实施也是素质教育的体现,是社会发展、教育制度改革的一种表现形式。教师在物理教学过程中,要以生为本,发挥学生的主体作用,培养学生的创新思维,提高学生的创新能力。
Innovation is the need of the times. Innovative talents are necessary for social development. Social demands for talents are getting higher and higher. It is not only technical, but more importantly, innovative. In secondary school physics education, teachers should implement innovative education and cultivate an innovative talent pool for the society. At the same time, the implementation of innovative education is also a manifestation of quality education and an expression of social reform and education system reform. In the process of physics teaching, teachers should give birth to students, play the main role of students, cultivate students ’innovative thinking and enhance students’ innovative ability.
