随着社会的发展进步,物质文明得到了长足进展,人们的生活水平大大提高,但是由于很多人缺乏合理营养的常识,在饮食消费方面还存在许多误区。很多人现在外出就餐日甚一日,“天上飞的”、“地上跑的”、“水里游的”无所不吃,可谓是种类繁多,花样层出不穷。有的一日两餐在外,暴饮暴食,大吃大喝所谓的好东西。这样的美味佳肴,不仅没有让人完全“营养”起来,反而使不少人吃出了“痛风”、“高血压”、“糖尿病”等“富贵病”。“合理营养”已成为当今社会不可忽视的一个重要课题。否则,将会给人们的健康,社会的稳定带来严重影响。
