利用计算机分析技术对汽车双联齿轮激光分体式工艺进行了分析,并研究了分体式加工后的齿轮变形。根据分析结果,提出了双联齿轮分体式加工解决问题的可靠性方案,使焊后齿轮的外圆面的平均半径变化量极小。同时通过齿轮焊接质量及焊缝深宽比的分析,确定了双联齿轮激光焊接的最佳工艺参数。
Using computer analysis technology, the split laser technology of double gear of automobile was analyzed, and the gear deformation after split processing was studied. According to the analysis results, the reliability scheme of double gear split machining is put forward to minimize the variation of the average radius of the outer circumference of the rear gear. At the same time, through the analysis of gear welding quality and weld aspect ratio, the optimal process parameters of double gear laser welding were determined.
