目的 :为进一步加强对游泳场所的卫生管理 ,保证游泳者的健康 ,了解驻穗部队公共游泳场所的卫生状况 ,为改进措施提供依据。方法 :依照《游泳场所卫生管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)设计问卷调查表 ,由游泳场所负责人填表 ,结合现场查看 ,调查一般情况与卫生管理情况 ;水质检验依照《游泳用水水质检验方法》进行 ,并现场测定余氯。结果 :多数游泳场所的卫生状况基本符合要求 ,少数单位不够理想。主要表现在 :选址及设计不符合卫生学要求 ;游泳场所负责人对卫生管理重视不够 ,卫生防病观念淡薄 ;细菌学指标达不到《条例》规定的标准。针对存在的问题 ,提出如下改进意见 :应组织游泳场所负责人加强对《条例》的学习 ,严格依照《条例》进行管理 ,增强卫生防病观念 ;在新建或改建游泳场所时 ,卫生人员应主动当好有关部门的卫生参谋 ;高度重视水质消毒工作 ,随时检测余氯浓度 ,增大消毒剂的投放次数和投放量。结论 :驻穗部队 9个公共游泳场所的卫生状况总体上看比较好 ,但仍有少数还不够理想 ,特别是细菌总数和大肠菌群明显超标 ,应引起重视 ,并积极采取消毒措施加以解决。
Objectives: To further improve the hygiene management of swimming places, ensure the health of swimmers, understand the sanitary conditions of the public swimming facilities of the garrison in Guangzhou and provide the basis for improving the measures. Methods: According to the “Regulations on the Management of Swimming Places” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) to design a questionnaire survey by the person in charge of swimming pool to fill in forms, combined with on-site inspection to investigate the general situation and health management; water quality inspection in accordance with the “ Method ”, and on-site determination of residual chlorine. Results: The health condition of most swimming places basically met the requirements, but a few units were not ideal. Mainly in: site selection and design do not meet the hygiene requirements; swimmers responsible for inadequate attention to health management, hygiene and disease prevention concepts weak; bacteriological indicators fail to “regulations” standards. In view of existing problems, the following suggestions for improvement should be made: Heads of swimming establishments should be organized to strengthen their study of the Regulations, strictly follow the “Regulations” to enhance the concept of hygiene and disease prevention; and when new or renovated swimming establishments, health personnel should take the initiative When the relevant departments of health staff; attaches great importance to disinfection of water quality, residual chlorine concentration at any time to detect, increase the number of disinfectants and put the volume. Conclusion: The health status of nine public swimming facilities in the Guangzhou-Zhuhai-Gansu Province is generally good. However, there are still a few unsatisfactory health conditions. In particular, the total number of bacteria and coliform bacteria are obviously exceeded. Attention should be paid to these health conditions and disinfection measures should be adopted actively.
