全国水利科学试验研究会议今天就要结束了。在会议中,大家讨论“开展水利科学研究工作是发展水利建设的保证”和“水利科学试验研究工作基本情况和今後工作意见”的报告。大家一致同意报告中提出的方针任务和改进工作的具体措施,并对一些问题提出了意见。我们将根据大家的意见,对原报告作适当的修正。同时,中国科学院竺可桢副院长和苏联专家拉普图列夫在大会上作了报告。竺副院长介绍了中国科学院的情况,并提出对水利科学研究工作的希望与要求。拉普图列夫专家指出了我国水利科学研究工作的基本情况、存在的问题及改进的措施,并提出第一个五年计划时期必须进行的工作及今後较长时
The National Hydraulic Science Experiment Conference is coming to an end today. During the meeting, we discussed the report “Carrying out water conservancy scientific research work is the guarantee for water conservancy construction” and “The basic situation and future work opinions of water conservancy science experimental research work”. All unanimously agreed on the guidelines and tasks set forth in the report and the concrete measures for improving their work, and put forward their opinions on some issues. Based on your opinions, we will make appropriate amendments to the original report. In the meantime, Vice President Zhu Kezhen of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Soviet expert Lauturift made a report at the conference. Vice President Zhu introduced the situation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and proposed the hopes and requirements for scientific research on water conservancy. Experts pointed out the basic situation of water conservancy science research in our country, existing problems and measures for improvement, and put forward the work that must be carried out in the first five-year plan period and the long time in the future
