目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌临床病理特征及增殖的相关性。方法对2001年8月至2005年1月中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的卵巢浆液性囊腺癌患者52例,运用免疫组织化学方法检测HIF-1α与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白在癌组织中的表达,分析HIF-1α与PCNA及临床病理参数的关系。结果低分化及Ⅲ+Ⅳ期HIF-1α蛋白的高表达率分别为76.0%、81.3%,明显高于高中分化、Ⅰ+Ⅱ期的55.6%、45.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄≤50岁者HIF-1α蛋白的高表达率为62.1%,年龄>50岁者为69.6%,HIF-1α蛋白表达与年龄无关(P>0.05);HIF-1α蛋白高表达者中PCNA蛋白高表达率为67.6%,二者呈明显的正相关(P<0.01)。结论HIF-1α蛋白的表达与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的分化、分期以及增殖密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and clinicopathological features and proliferation of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma. Methods 52 patients with ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from August 2001 to January 2005 were enrolled in this study. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) In the expression of HIF-1α and PCNA and clinicopathological parameters. Results The high expression rates of HIF-1α protein in poorly differentiated and stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ were 76.0% and 81.3%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in high school (55.6% and 45.0%, Ⅰ + Ⅱ) ). The high expression rate of HIF-1α protein was 62.1% in patients ≤50 years of age, 69.6% of patients aged> 50 years, and the expression of HIF-1α protein was not related to age (P> 0.05) The high expression rate of PCNA protein was 67.6%, which showed a significant positive correlation (P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of HIF-1α protein is closely related to the differentiation, staging and proliferation of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma.
