杀卵活性是杀虫剂的性能之一。本实验选用19种杀虫剂及两种混剂,对夜蛾科的粘虫卵,螟蛾科的二化螟卵及双翅目的家蝇卵,以及三种虫卵的不同卵期进行了毒杀试验,以寻找方便、易行的杀卵试验方法。 (1)浸渍法:用清水将各种药液配成1000PPm的农药母液,再按1:9加清水,逐步稀释为100、10及IPPm,盛于烧杯内,待浸渍时使用。每种虫卵再按前期卵与后期卵分别放在一处。处理时使用浸渍法,将卵块分别浸于各种稀释液内,浸渍时间3秒,浸完后用滤纸吸干卵粒上的多余药液。将卵放入垫有滤纸的小培养皿内,在25℃下保湿待孵。第二天查卵基数,以后每天移走孵化的幼虫。最后计算药效。
