过去的一年,在省委、省政府的正确领导下,全省财政工作取得显著成效。财政收入跨新台阶。2005年全省财政总收入完成425.7亿元,增长21.4%,其中地方财政收入完成252.9亿元,增长22.9%。县级财政不断壮大,超亿元的县(市、区)达84个,其中超6亿元以上的有7个。基本支出保障有力。2005年,全省财政支出562.8亿元,增长24%。在实现“五个确保”的基础上,支农、教育、科技三项支出均达到法定增长,全省社会保障补助支出达39.5亿元。
