单肢舞动运动作为锥体外系损害的症状之一,临床报道较少。而由甲状旁腺机能减退(简称甲旁减)引起的单肢舞动运动(Monoballism)笔者未见报道。现将我们遇到的1例分析如下: 一、病历摘要男性,34岁。近3年无明显诱因出现反复双手搐搦及发作性左下肢大幅度不自主舞动,不自主舞动表现为迅速向左外上方踢起,瞬即向下拍击地面或床面,每次发作持续10～40分钟,情绪激动时易发作,睡眠时从未发作,发作时意识清楚。曾诊断为癫痫长期服用苯妥英钠及鲁米那无效。发病前无头部外伤、
