静止气象卫星MCSR数据编码缓冲器是针对静止气象卫星自旋扫描辐射计数据的间歇式高速率输出问题而研制的。本文叙述了对静止气象卫星的辐射计数据输出进行缓冲展宽处理的原理,介绍了星上MCSR数据编码缓冲器的样机设计。
The stationary meteorological satellite MCSR data encoding buffer was developed for the intermittent high rate output of stationary meteorological satellite spin-scan radiometer data. This paper describes the principle of buffer broadening processing of the radiometer data output of stationary meteorological satellites, and introduces the prototype design of the on-board MCSR data code buffer.
