“治理雾霾”位列2016年郑州民生“10件实事”榜首,反映了广大市民对大气治理的渴望和政府对大气治理的决心和信心。每年农忙时节焚烧秸秆加重雾霾大家深有体会,秸秆全量综合利用已成为摆在我们面前的新课题。本文对郑州市小麦和玉米秸秆综合利用情况进行研究分析。介绍秸秆综合利用的现状,分析秸秆综合利用存在的问题,论述影响秸秆综合利用率提高的因素,并提出促进郑州市秸秆综合利用的相关对策及建议。
“Governance smog ” ranked 2016 Livelihood of Zhengzhou “10 facts ” top, reflecting the general public’s desire for atmospheric governance and the government’s determination and confidence in the atmosphere of governance. Annual busy season burning straw heavier haze everyone deeply appreciate the comprehensive utilization of the full amount of straw has become a new task before us. In this paper, the comprehensive utilization of wheat and corn stalks in Zhengzhou was studied and analyzed. The status quo of comprehensive utilization of straw was introduced. The problems existing in the comprehensive utilization of straw were analyzed. The factors influencing the comprehensive utilization rate of straw were discussed. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the comprehensive utilization of straw in Zhengzhou City.
