基于衰减全反射模式下的表面增强红外,已广泛用于界面吸附的研究.作者报道一种基于外反射模式下的表面增强红外光谱电化学技术.在纳米金溶液中,研究了多巴胺和钴-邻菲罗啉配合物的光谱电化学行为.研究表明,吸附在均匀分散于水溶液中纳米金颗粒的多巴胺和钴-邻菲罗啉配合物分子,能够表现出显著的红外增强现象.这种现象是由于带正电荷的多巴胺和钴-邻菲罗啉配合物由于静电作用吸附至带负电性的纳米金颗粒表面,从而表现出红外吸收增强现象.
Based on the surface-enhanced infrared in the attenuated total reflection mode, it has been widely used in the study of interface adsorption.We report a surface-enhanced infrared spectroscopy-based electrochemical technique based on the external reflection mode.In the gold nanoparticles solution, dopamine and cobalt- Phenanthroline complexes.It is shown that the adsorption of dopamine and cobalt-o-phenanthroline complex molecules in the gold nanoparticles uniformly dispersed in aqueous solution can exhibit significant infrared enhancement phenomenon. Is due to the positively charged dopamine and cobalt - o-phenanthroline complexes due to electrostatic adsorption to the surface of negatively charged nano-gold particles, which show the enhanced infrared absorption phenomenon.
