机械搅拌式浮选机的浮选效果主要取决于搅拌叶轮,而形成负压的能力及搅拌力决定了该搅拌叶轮的优劣。利用CFD软件FLUENT对机械搅拌式浮选机的3种不同叶轮模型进行数值模拟,得到相应的速度场和压力场。模拟结果表明,第2种结构的叶轮为最优叶轮。
Mechanical flotation flotation machine flotation effect depends mainly on mixing impeller, and the formation of negative pressure and stirring capacity determines the merits of the impeller. The CFD software FLUENT was used to simulate the three different impeller models of mechanical agitated flotation machine, and the corresponding velocity and pressure fields were obtained. Simulation results show that the second structure of the impeller for the optimal impeller.
