Over the years, the magazine has received the great support of the majority of authors and readers, has been the core journals in this field of expertise, published a large number of high-quality academic papers and survey reports, has been highly praised by all walks of life. However, we find that a large number of manuscripts have neither theoretical innovation nor methodological innovation nor new discoveries in combination with practice. Rather, we repeat the research made by our predecessors in the essay and verify the academic achievements both at home and abroad. The magazine reminds contributors that they will reject such articles from now on. We also found that there are still many essays with flash academic ideas and innovations that have paid too much attention to foreign ideas while ignoring deep thinking and discussion.
