班主任是教师队伍中的重要角色。班主任在学校的角色定位与班主任思想理念的定位,一直是讨论的热门话题。这也是班主任工作的一项关键环节,班主任如何摆好教育、管理、服务三者的关系是重要的思想定位之一,处理好这三种关系才能真正做到管理育人,服务育人,才能在快乐愉悦中完成教育的使命。三者中教育是根本,管理是手段方法,服务是做好教育的基础,三者不可或缺,主次不能颠倒。班主任作为教师队伍的主体不能淡化教育的本质,不能忽视管理的作用,不能没有服务意识。
