目的比较阴道B超与宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜息肉的价值。方法回顾152例已确诊子宫内膜息肉的患者阴道B超与宫腔镜检查的结果进行比较。结果宫腔镜发现子宫内膜息肉152例,占100%,阴道B超发现子宫内膜息肉116例,占76.3%,两者比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜息肉准确性高于阴道B超,但其费用高及操作较阴道B超复杂,阴道B超可用于普查。
Objective To compare the value of vaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps. Methods A retrospective analysis of 152 cases of endometrial polyps in patients with vaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy results were compared. Results 152 cases of endometrial polyps were found by hysteroscopy, accounting for 100%. 116 cases of endometrial polyps were found by vaginal ultrasonography, accounting for 76.3%. There was significant difference between them (P <0.01). Conclusion The accuracy of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps is higher than that of vaginal ultrasound, but its cost is high and the operation is more complicated than vaginal ultrasound. The vaginal ultrasound can be used for census.
