常州郊区近10年麻疹的流行病学调查分析

常州市郊区11个乡1984年～1993年麻疹55例,为数在分布,发病率有逐年下降趋势,流行季节集中于每年2～5月份,90.7%病例有并发症,皆无死亡病例。此与该区麻疹疫苗接种率>95%、冷链设备齐全、疫苗使用规范等措施有关。

There were 55 measles cases in 11 townships in the suburbs of Changzhou from 1984 to 1993. The distribution trend was decreasing year by year. The epidemic season was concentrated from February to May each year. There were 90.7% cases with complications and no deaths. This area measles vaccination coverage rate> 95%, cold chain equipment, the use of vaccines and other measures.
