工程造价管理工作具有一定的技术性和专业性,需要采用经济、法律以及科学技术原理向结合的方式对土建工程建设过程中出现的经济问题进行控制。土建工程的项目管理者需要树立工程造价意识,同时强化工程造价的管理力度,抓住经济发展的命脉,节约施工的资金,控制工程造价,提升土建工程当中资金的利用效率。本文针对土建工程造价管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决策略,希冀对同行们起到一定的借鉴意义。
The project cost management has a certain technical and professional needs, the need to use economic, legal and scientific principles to the combination of civil engineering construction process in the control of economic problems. The project manager of the civil works needs to establish awareness of project cost and at the same time strengthen the management of the project cost, seize the lifeline of economic development, save the funds for construction, control the project cost and enhance the capital utilization efficiency in the civil works. In this paper, the existing problems in civil engineering project cost management are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward, hoping to provide some reference for them.
