对大白鼠进行了短期电刺激训练,结果表明,电刺激训练使大白鼠骨骼肌ATP酶、乳酸脱氨酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶和细胞色素氧化酶活性提高显著(P<0.01),对协调发展CP供能、酵解供能和有氧代谢供能能力有明显效果。
The rats were subjected to short-term electrical stimulation training. The results showed that electrical stimulation training significantly increased skeletal muscle ATPase, lactate dehydrogenase, succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase activity in rats (P <0.01) The development of CP energy supply, digestion and energy supply for aerobic metabolism have obvious effect.
