目前,我国各钢丝厂生产合金钢丝,绝大多数仍是在带有空气的炉气中热处理。钢丝表面氧化、脱碳较严重,成为生产中影响产品质量、急待解决的课题。国外则已较普遍地采用控制气氛或真空热处理,从而达到了无氧化、无脱碳。本文拟对此问题作一概况介绍。 1.钢丝热处理应用的控制气氛钢丝热处理可应用的控制气氛见表1(1)。此表是乏指各种钢材的,亦适用于钢丝。控制气氛成分可作定性参考。各种控制气体的制取原理及特点简介如下(2):
At present, China’s steel wire plant production of alloy steel wire, the vast majority are still in the furnace with air heat treatment. Steel surface oxidation, decarburization more serious, become the impact of product quality, urgent issue to be solved. Foreign countries have been more commonly used control atmosphere or vacuum heat treatment, so as to achieve a non-oxidation, no decarburization. This article intends to make an overview of this issue. 1. Wire heat treatment application control atmosphere Wire heat treatment can be applied to the control atmosphere in Table 1 (1). This table is a lack of means of steel, also applies to steel. Control atmosphere composition can be used as a qualitative reference.
