作为服务于低龄学前儿童的教育工作者,幼儿教师的情绪稳定对幼儿的身心健康成长有直接影响.非常有必要在职教学前教育专业学生在校学习期间,就对其善加引导,培养他们良好的情绪管理能力,提升他们的心理素养,为他们将来胜任幼儿教师工作奠定好的职业素养基础.
