《义务教育数学课程标准》指出:“学生是数学学习的主人,教师是数学学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。”数学教学必须面向全体学生、尊重学生间的差异,因材施教,为学生创造“主动参与、体验成功”的契机和自主探索与合作交流的小组互助学习的方式。针对吉林省敦化市第五中学在校学生数学学习不理想的情况,采取小班化教学模式进行有效教学探索。
