就目前我们所接触和使用过的各种电子技术基础课的试题库的情况来看，这些试题库系统中最关键的部分──试卷的建构与生成，虽方法多种多样工各有所长，然而所生成的试卷，依照教学基本要求，均存在一些不足，本文从科学化与规范化的角度，对有待进一步优化的问题作一探索。
