目的分析广州市手足口病疫情及死亡病例的发病、发展及死亡原因。方法通过“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”筛查手足口病病例、死亡病例,分析死亡病例的发现、报告、流行病学调查、现场处理及诊疗情况。结果对非典型的手足口病病例警惕性不高,错过了最佳的诊疗时间。结论养成良好的卫生习惯、早期明确诊断、加强疫情报告和规范治疗是降低手足口病发病和死亡的有效措施。
Objective To analyze the incidence, development and causes of death of HFMD in Guangzhou. Methods Screening cases of hand-foot-mouth disease and deaths through “China CDC Information System”, analyzing the findings, reports, epidemiological investigation, on-site treatment and diagnosis and treatment of death cases. The results of atypical cases of hand, foot and mouth disease vigilance is not high, missed the best treatment time. Conclusion It is an effective measure to reduce the incidence and death of HFMD by developing good health habits, early diagnosis, strengthening the reporting of epidemic situation and standard treatment.
