目的:研究羧甲基壳聚糖与锌(Ⅱ)络合物的制备并初步探讨其对抗氧化酶SOD活性的影响。方法:用水溶性的羧甲基壳聚糖与锌(Ⅱ)制备络合物,用红外、紫外光谱等初步分析络合物的理化性质,并研究该络合物对饲高糖高脂大鼠血清SOD活性的影响。结果:紫外、红外光谱表明锌可与羧甲基壳聚糖发生络合反应;羧甲基壳聚糖—锌能显著提高饲高糖高脂大鼠SOD活性(P<0.05)。结论:羧甲基壳聚糖可与锌(Ⅱ)形成络合物,并能增强SOD活性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation of carboxymethyl chitosan and zinc (Ⅱ) complex and preliminary study of their effects on the activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD. Methods: The complex was prepared with water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosan and zinc (Ⅱ). The physicochemical properties of the complex were analyzed by IR and UV spectroscopy. The effects of the complex on the lipid- Serum SOD activity. Results: UV and IR spectra showed that zinc could complex with carboxymethyl chitosan. Carboxymethyl chitosan - zinc could significantly increase SOD activity in hyperlipemia rats fed with high glucose (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Carboxymethyl chitosan can form complexes with zinc (Ⅱ) and enhance the activity of SOD.
