以15年生枸杞为试材,采用单因素随机区组设计,设3个水平施地佳施用量,即10mL/棵追施1次,20mL/棵分2次施,20mL/棵追施1次,以不施为对照,研究施地佳对盐碱地枸杞生长状况及产量的影响。在枸杞初展叶初期至夏果末期定期取土壤样、植株样,对土壤pH值、全盐、全氮、速效氮、全磷、速效磷、植株生长期生长状况进行测定,并对采摘果的主要营养成分及产量进行测定。结果表明:施地佳有明显降低土壤pH值和含盐量的作用,对枸杞甜菜碱、总糖量、多糖含量影响不大,但施用施地佳后黄酮含量有所增加,枸杞产量明显提高。建议施用量为20mL/棵,结合灌水分2次施入。
