目的探讨简化显微外科技术在颌面部小肿物处理中的应用价值。方法选择2009-01-2015-06我院75例122个颌面部小肿物采用简化显微外科技术切除缝合患者,观察术后的愈合、瘢痕、疗效及患者满意度。结果术后甲级愈合114个,甲级愈合率为93.44%;切口愈合时间(5.3±0.4)d;术后12个月瘢痕类似正常组织;治愈118个,有4个复发,治愈率为96.72%;术后12个月患者满意度为97.33%。结论简化显微外科技术治疗颌面部小肿物的临床应用价值高,效果肯定。
Objective To explore the application of simplified microsurgery in the treatment of small and maxillofacial tumors. Methods A total of 122 maxillofacial small tumors in 75 cases of our hospital from January 2009 to May 2015 were treated with simplified microsurgery to remove and suture the patients. The healing, scars, curative effect and patient satisfaction were observed. Results Postoperative grade 1 healed 114, grade A healed 93.44%; incision healing time (5.3 ± 0.4) d; 12 months after surgery scar similar to normal tissue; cured 118, 4 recurred, the cure rate was 96.72 %; Patient satisfaction after 12 months was 97.33%. Conclusion The application of simplified microsurgery in the treatment of maxillofacial small tumor is of high clinical value and definite effect.
