In this paper, we developed a nondestructive method for the measurement of pressure on the capillary pressure of formazan. This method measures the capillary pressure of the capillaries by the principle of local pressurization and blood capillary blocking by a tiny transparent sheet. Using this method, the changes of capillary pressure in 140 normal subjects and patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus were measured.
