采用扫描电子显微镜,对内蒙古10种优良栽培牧草花粉形态进行了观察,并对其表面性状作了详细的描述。结果表明,这些牧草之间,花粉形态由于受遗传基础和环境条件控制和影响,均存在不同程度的差异。同科局的种间,花粉形态的差别主要是在花粉粒的大小及表面纹饰的细微性状上;而不同科的同种之间,其花粉形态在形状、轮廓、大小、萌发器官和表面纹饰等性状上,差异尤显突出。这些特点均可为优良栽培牧草的遗传育种、种质资源分析和草地植物分类等各项工作提供抱粉学依据。
Using scanning electron microscopy, we observed the pollen morphology of 10 finely cultivated forage species in Inner Mongolia and described the surface traits in detail. The results showed that the pollen morphology of these forages varied with different degrees due to their genetic basis and environmental conditions. In the same species, pollen morphology differed mainly between the size of pollen grains and the fine traits of surface ornamentation. However, the pollen morphology of the different families was different in shape, contour, size, germinating organ and surface decoration And other traits, the difference is particularly prominent. All of these features can provide the basis for all the work of genetic breeding of fine forages, germplasm resources analysis and grassland plant classification.
