本实验取市售虾蟹壳,将其粉碎研磨后反复加酸、碱处理即得甲壳素。将甲壳素溶于5倍体积浓度为50%的NaOH溶液中煮1h,然后用水洗沉淀物至中性后再将其置于浓度为50%的NaOH溶液中煮lh。如此反复操作3次后,将所得沉淀物置于60℃的减压环境中进行干燥,之后再用乙醇漂洗沉淀物2次,最后干燥沉淀物即得壳聚糖。取壳聚糖并用异丙醇将其溶胀,然后在碱性条件下继续溶胀壳聚糖3小时,之后向溶胀后的壳聚糖中缓慢滴加三氯乙酸和异丙醇混合溶液,最后抽滤、干燥沉淀物即得黄色的羧甲基壳聚糖。本次实验制得的羧甲基壳聚糖,其水溶性和溶解性均优于壳聚糖。
