编者按:8月21日,司法部下发《关于推进公共法律服务平台建设的意见》(以下简称《意见》),对公共法律服务平台建设作出顶层设计和总体部署。9月14日,司法部召开推进公共法律服务平台建设电视电话会议,对推进公共法律服务三大平台建设进行专项动员部署。本刊特约有关专家和司法行政系统领导以主题笔会的形式就《意见》进行解读,并就推进平台建设建言献策。
Editor’s note: On August 21, the Ministry of Justice issued the Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Public Legal Services Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”) to make the top-level design and overall deployment of the public legal service platform. On September 14, the Ministry of Justice convened a platform for promoting public legal services to build a video-conference call and conducted special mobilization and deployment on the construction of the three major platforms for promoting public legal services. The relevant specialists and the leaders of the judicial administrative system read the Opinions in the form of thematic pens and offer advice and suggestions on the promotion of platform construction.
